Planning GroupIP-Heikkilä Oy/Jouni Heikkilä from Kemi is the chief building contractor. The contract includes also the planning of the Castle, of which responds the architectural firm Rauno Ruonansuu Oy from Kemi. IP-Heikkilä was also the chief building contractor of the ninth SnowCastle and acted as the one in charge of constructing the third SnowCastle. On the other hand, the architectural firm Rauno Ruonansuu Oy has gathered planning experience from four former Castles already.
